The KV-300 series is one-third the volume and requires only one-half the footprint of conventional units. Control panels are smaller and wiring space is significantly reduced. Even at the maximum I/O configuration, a control panel contains no more than 13 compact modules.
KV Quick Scans of 0.5 ms
The KV Quick Scan method controls all I/Os with a fast 0.5-ms scan time, overcoming the scan-time delays of conventional wire-saving systems.
New Modular Design
Keyence's original modular design allows easy DIN-rail mounting and employs a quick-disconnect lock mechanism. No additional rack or base is required when extending the system configuration.
A single computer running Keyence's Ladder Builder Software can communicate with multiple CPUs to edit programs, monitor operations, or monitor a CPU while communicating with another computer.
